What we are:
We are the companion to the aged in the Overstrand, the convenors in times of crisis, we are the mouthpiece for doctors to help educate the community on health issues and we are the quiet oasis in the middle of the day with our classical programming. We are a connection to the rest of the world, the channel for loved ones to tell each other how much they love them and we play the music the widow requests, because it was her late husband’s favourite song. We invite the young talented DJ’s from our local community to make their first steps into the entertainment industry on our station and invite school children to produce their very first radio shows. Most of all, we entertain in a way that is unique to our area.
