The name SOURCE represents finding the right ingredients and buying them for good reason. So we focus on good fresh, food from local high-quality sources. We try and support small local producers as far as possible and our wine list focuses on wines from the Overberg region. Smaller lesser known producers feature on our floating wine library.
For breakfast expect to find dishes such as French croissant, bacon, camembert and roast banana, mascarpone cheese, honey and truffle glaze or Savoury mince on toasted sourdough with poached eggs.
For lunch expect to find Salad of beetroot, chickpeas, smoked duck, crisp vegetables, quail eggs and raspberry mustard dressing or Venison and shiitake mushroom pie, potato puree, red wine carrots, pickled beetroot.
End your meal with a white chocolate crème brûlèe, strawberry reduction or a local Milk Tart Grappa.
We have a wonderful open plan bakery. Here we bake fresh sourdough bread in our wood burning oven on a daily basis. Deli items and take away coffee are available.
