Local artist Louw Botha grew up in the Eastern Cape and was exposed to and influenced by the late Johannes Meintjies. He has studied under the likes of Shelley Adams, Charles van der Merwe and Sally Dove. Louis has always been fascinated by the use of colour and has over the past decade developed his own style of brushwork to capture the world around him in a unique way. He currently lives and works in Vermont
